Covid-19 Vaccinations are now available at our surgery. Please ring 3583526 and press ‘0’ (zero) at the prompt to book.
If you think that you need a Covid 19 test, please telephone 358 3526. FREE Covid swabs are available for our registered patients on request.
Our preference is consultations via telephone where possible. Please telephone us on 358 3526 to arrange a consultation. We are able to send your prescription direct to your pharmacy, Please have the pharmacy details ready for the Doctor.
If you need to come to the Practice, please call 358 3526 on arrival into the car park to advise us which vehicle you are in. We will ask you to remain in the car until a staff member asks you to come in. Please remember to wear your face mask. You will be required to sign in with either the contact tracing app or fill in the manual contact tracing form at reception, when you enter the building.
If you have any cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, muscle aches, fever or flu-like symptoms we will ask you to remain in the car. Call reception on arrival 358 3526 for instructions.

All Doctors consultations are 15 minute appointments only. If you need a longer appointment please ring 358 3526 and speak with a receptionist. Please arrive before your allocated appointment time. If you arrive late, you may be asked to rebook your appointment.
Patients will be informed only of abnormal test results. This will be by phone or text message. Please ensure your details are up to date. You are welcome to phone the nurse to check on any test results you have had done.
IF YOU REQUIRE URGENT ATTENTION, PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL – Emails are only checked once a day. Please be aware emails do not provide adequate protection for your private medical information. Emails and phone calls to the GP’s of a clinical nature may incur a charge.
Payment is requested at the time of consultation. All Accounts are to be paid within one month of the issue of invoice. If payment in full would cause hardship, please consult our staff who will help negotiate an acceptable payment plan. Overdue accounts referred to a Collection Agency will incur additional costs which are your responsibility.
