If you have any cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, muscle aches, fever or flu-like symptoms we will ask you to remain in the car. Call reception on arrival and bring a face mask.

Payment is requested at the time of consultation. All Accounts are to be paid within one month of the issue of invoice. If payment in full would cause hardship, please consult our staff who will help negotiate an acceptable payment plan. Overdue accounts referred to a Collection Agency will incur additional costs which are your responsibility.
All Doctors consultations are 15 minute appointments only. If you need a longer appointment please ring 358 3526 and speak with a receptionist. Please arrive before your allocated appointment time. If you arrive late, you may be asked to rebook your appointment.
Patients will be informed only of abnormal test results. This will be by phone or text message. Please ensure your details are up to date. You are welcome to phone the nurse to check on any test results you have had done.
IF YOU REQUIRE URGENT ATTENTION, PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL – Emails are only checked once a day. Please be aware emails do not provide adequate protection for your private medical information. Emails and phone calls to the GP’s of a clinical nature may incur a charge.
Flu Vaccinations & Covid-19 Vaccinations
Flu Vaccinations – Available now. Bookings are essential. Please telephone reception on 358 3526 to book an appointment.
Covid-19 Vaccine rollout- If you are in Group 3, you don’t need to do anything right now. The Canterbury District Health Board will contact you by text, phone call, email or letter when it’s your turn.
Rollout Update 18 June 2021 – A message from The Canterbury Primary Response Group: “To roll out the largest vaccination programme in our history, we will be vaccinating people in groups, starting with those most likely to catch the virus and those most at risk of getting sick. Our focus is on continuing to get those in Groups 1 and 2 vaccinated and those in Group 3 b0oked and vaccinated. Everyone in Group 3 will be invited to book their vaccination by the end of July.
From 28th July people in Group 4 will be able to register their details on Book my Vaccine (the new national booking system). Once bookings are open for each age group people will be sent and email or text letting them know it’s their turn to book.
